Notice is hereby given of the 71st Annual General Meeting of the Omanu Beach Surf Life Saving Club.  Details of this meeting are as follows:

Key Tasks / Dates for the AGM:

1. Board Members – Nominations for board positions must be received no later than 5.00pm Sunday 12th August 2018 (see Rule 14.7, OBSLSC Constitution).  AGM Nomination Form 2017
2. Items for AGM Agenda – Proposed motions (including alterations to the Constitution) or other items of business for consideration at the AGM must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm Sunday 12th August 2018(see Rule 15.4, OBSLSC Constitution)
3. Proxy Forms – The deadline for submission of Proxy Voting Forms is 1.00pm Sunday 26th August 2018.  The form will be supplied with the AGM Agenda
4. An Agenda for the AGM will be circulated by Sunday 19th August 2018.
