Welcome to Omanu Swim Club. Our purpose/mission is to provide a community based swim training programme to promote the enjoyment of swimming as a healthy sport “skill for life”, for fitness and well-being.
Fostering and promoting water safety through a wide range of programmes from developing swim skills to fitness and competitive squads.
We want to support our swimmers to reach their goals. This includes not only our surf lifesaving club members (nippers, lifeguards, competitors and supporters) but also anyone from the general public.
We offer training from general fitness through to specialised programs, for school aged children through to adults – and we welcome beginners at all levels, novice, masters and advanced swimmers to come and swim with us.
Our Coach (he’s really amazing)!
Our specialised swim programmes are developed under Omanu Swim Head Coach Stefan Swanepoel.
